How to Delete Your Account
To delete your Snapnut account and all associated data, please send us an email request. We will process your request and confirm the deletion.

Data That Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Account information (email, name, profile)
- Food photos and scan history
- Calorie and nutrition value records
- Personal preferences and settings
- AI chat history and recommendations
Data That May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for legal compliance:
- Anonymized usage statistics (not linked to your identity)
- Transaction records if required by law
Retained data cannot be used to identify you.
Deletion Timeline
Your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days of your request. This action is irreversible.
