Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Snapnut mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Snapnut. By using the service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Snapnut grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.

You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works of the app
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices

When you create an account with Snapnut, you are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Snapnut uses artificial intelligence to analyze food images and estimate nutritional information. While we strive for accuracy, AI predictions may not always be 100% accurate and should be used as estimates only.

Some features of Snapnut require a paid subscription:

• Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Google Play account settings
• Refunds are handled according to App Store and Google Play policies
• We reserve the right to change subscription prices with advance notice

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harm, threaten, or harass other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting help@snapnut.io. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

Snapnut is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snapnut shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or other losses resulting from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Snapnut operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
